If your product is damaged in shipping, please file a claim with the shipping company.  We are unable to accept return of beer that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or beer that is ordered in error.

As the Packmule products are fresh, it is important that you let us know of any issues as soon as possible. Should there be a quality issue with your purchase within 10 days of your order, please let us know.  We will work closely with the brewry to replace or refund you for any beer that is flawed. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is sealed or flawed.

Please send an email to brian@packmule.beer to arrange for the return of  flawed product.  You may still be responsible for shipping and handling charges. We are happy to work with you.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any canceled orders.
